Thank you for arranging our City Break to Brussels, when we first contacted you we had no idea which location we wanted to visit or how we were going to get there! After taking advice from your extremely helpful team we opted for Brussels and stayed in the Marriott hotel which was only a 2 minute walk from the main square. Thank you for a fantastic weekend in Barcelona which was a surprise 40th birthday present for my wife. The Hotel Laietana Palace was everything that your consultant Ian said it would be, a quality hotel in a superb location adjacent to the Gothic centre. Also the information that you provided was spot on in every detail. Once again thank you for making a surprise very memorable. This was the first time I had booked a city break and we will certainly be booking with you again.

I booked a Florence City break though you earlier this year. Unfortunately we were flying out from Stansted on the night when we had a freak snow storms and all the flights were grounded!! Anyway we called the emergency number given to us by yourselves and your representative did a fantastic job. It was about 10pm before we realised we were not going to be going anywhere and the airport was absolutely heaving with people queuing for alternative flights, etc. anyway amid the chaos she managed to get us re-booked on the first flight the next morning so we were still able to enjoy our break. I would like to thank Cities Direct for the service and won’t hesitate in recommending you to all my friends, we will also be booking another break somewhere else in Italy for early next year, so will be in contact.

Thank you for arranging our city break to Barcelona. Everything went smoothly and we all found the Ryanair flights relaxing and stress free. The hotel (Hotel Derby) you arranged for us was wonderful, perfectly located, and we were able to negotiate the city using it as a base. Very quick e-mail responses from website and telephone operators knew what they were talking about, this was a big plus for me. Other companies were useless. I contacted approximately ten in the same way I contacted you and the service was terrible in comparison.

I would like to thank the staff at Cities Direct for being so helpful and also for the great deal we got. We had a Royal Club room in the Radisson SAS Palais Hotel which can only be described as top class. Breakfasts were a great treat, on one occasion we got caviar, champagne and smoked salmon alongside the normal breakfast on offer.
