Things to do on  Madrid City Breaks
The main attraction that draws visitors to Madrid is the museums of the Golden triangle. All within easy walking distance of each other the Prado, Regina Sofia and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums house a fantastic selection of art from old masters like Ruebens to Picasso, Dali and Van Gogh. Relax and take in the beautiful buildings over a coffee in one of the market squares or Basque in the splendor of Palacio Real – The Royal Palace. For a spot of retail therapy then there are numerous shopping centres full of well-known labels, or if you happen to be in Madrid on a Sunday, the streets of Barrio la latina become a huge outdoor market selling everything from souvenirs to paintings.
