It stands on Castle hill and in the newest part of the castle, the tower provides 360 degree panoramic views of the beautiful city below. It has been a royal residence and a barracks amongst other things and now hosts various events from concerts to weddings. The old town is brimming with delightful cafes to people watch. A stroll through the cobbled streets, or mooch in the various antique shops can be a relaxing way to spend a few hours. There are numerous galleries from art to architecture.
