This family run hotel is located in a quiet area, on top of a hill with spectacular views over Palma bay. It is also only 2 kilometres from the centre of Palma, 500 metres from the promenade and Porti Pi commercial centre and 15 minutes from the airport. All rooms comprise complete bathroom, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, television, safe (with a supplement). The rooms are colourful and contemporary in style. They also boast a balcony with nice views of the surrounding areas. The restaurant offers a wide choice of local and international dishes. Facilities include, 2 swimming pools with solarium area (open during summer months), cafeteria and pool bar, satellite television and games room, table tennis, pool table, internet access, laundry service, car/motorbike rental. This hotel comes highly recommended as it offers excellent quality standards for its category with the added bonus of a very friendly treatment from its staff.

This contemporary style hotel enjoys fantastic views of the seafront and Bay of Palma and is located just 2km from Cala Mayor beach within walking distance of the city centre. Rooms are comfortable and modern with parquet flooring and good facilities and most have a balcony or terrace. The international restaurant overlooks the picturesque marina. This 3 star superior hotel located in a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk from the Paseo Maritimo and local nightlife, and a longer stroll or short bus ride to the historic city centre. The comfortable bedrooms have recently been renovated and are nicely decorated. Most rooms have a balcony. The hotel boasts an outdoor and indoor pool and there is a pleasant lobby bar with terrace seating.

Our opinion… A cosy hotel with a family character and relaxed atmosphere
Location… The hotel Araxa is located in Son Armadams, a quiet residential area of Palma. It is just a few minutes walk to places of interest for tourists such as Castillo de Bellver, Pueblo Español or the seafront promenade
Accommodation… The building has three storeys with 72 spacious, comfortable rooms. All of them have a complete bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, heating, minibar, deposit box and Internet connection.
Facilities… Internet corner, 24-hour reception service, room-service from 8 am to midnight, wi-fi in communal areas. Fully equiped gym and relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna and massage service. There is an á la carte restaurant with regional, Spanish and international specialities. There is also a warm lounge bar with fireplace for winter evenings.
The Mirador is situated right on the Paseo Maritimo sea front, offering superb views of the bay and the town old cathedral. It is very close to the city centre and main attractions and the beach of Illetas is 4 kilometres away.
The 87 bedrooms are decorated in a traditional majorcan style with antique furniture and warm tone bed spread and curtains. The restaurant has a spacious terrace offering stunning views of the harbour and the hotel has a brand new SPA including indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath... Clients of the Mirador have also free access to the hotel Armadams outdoor swimming pool. A good hotel for all ages.
The Melia Victoria is located 2 km from the centre of Palma in a well known part of the Paseo Maritimo, with views to the Yatch Club, the bay and the cathedral. The lobby is very large and decorated in marble, with comfortable cushioned wicker armchairs and glass tables. The 160 rooms are elegantly decorated with antic furniture and pastel colour bedspread, curtains and carpet. The restaurant offers an extensive A la Carte menu and lunch is also available on the terrace by the pool. There are pools for adults and children both surrounded by terraces and gardens. In addition, there is a bar with piano music and sometimes a well-known orchestra provides music for dancing.
