The staff are very welcoming. The room quite small. We had asked for twin beds but were given a double bed. The bath room facilities were not good. The liquid dispenser did not work and theft tap turned the wrong way so flooding occurred. The shower was difficult to work. Breakfast was average.

Great location at the top of O\\\'Connell Street, but not noisy. Easy access to all the city centre and easy bus access to the Airport and Botanic Gardens. Good bar and some nice out of the way areas to sit and read if you look for them
