A great boutique hotel, The New Yorker has been personally designed by the owner to capture a piece of urban chic in one of Cologne's upcoming, fashionable districts. Offering great links into the centre from its quiet location, ( 10 – 15 minutes by tram from the old town and markets), the New Yorker offers the best of both worlds. There is a stylish lounge, landscaped gardens with decking which create a lovely setting in which to relax, whilst the basement has a small gym with sauna and solarium. The 40 well appointed rooms have personally been designed with some great original features. Highly recommended.
