Our opinion… Small modern styled hotel, with friendly, welcoming staff. Well located for exploring the city.

Location... Viale Don Minzoni 25. Being situated near the historic centre, everything is within easy reach: the Piazza della Libertà, the Fine Arts Academy, the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.

Accommodation… 67 air conditioned rooms. Well appointed with simple, modern furnishings providing comfortable accommodation.

Facilities… Breakfast room and bar/lounge.

Transport...Located just 300 metres from Piazza della Libertà, the hotel has excellent bus links to Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station.

Our opinion…A classic style hotel offering wonderful views across the river and Ponte Vecchio bridge.

Our opinion… Delightful 3* superior hotel in the centre of Florence

Location… Centrally located on Via Nazionale, this hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the Duomo and San Lorenzo market.

Accommodation… Perfectly soundproofed, all rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, satellite television, direct-dial telephone, hair dryers, private safe and mini-bar, as well as modem connections.

Facilities… Breakfast is served buffet-style, with a choice of pastries prepared according to delicious traditional Tuscan recipes, accompanied by a wide variety of cheeses, cold meats, yogurt and seasonal fruit. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are many to choose from within the immediate vicinity.

Transport… Only steps away from the Santa Maria Novella train station.

Our opinion… A beautiful deluxe 5 star property, providing excellent service and elegant surroundings.

Location... Via Garibaldi 14. This hotel is superbly located with all of the historic city centre within comfortable walking distance.

Accommodation… 61 rooms are traditionally decorated with luxurious furnishings, bathrooms are in marble, and guests are provided with all facilities you would expect from a hotel of this category.

Facilities… Public areas are very impressive yet subtle, with mosaic floors & elegant pilasters. The Capriccio Restaurant serves Tuscan food and wine on its candlelit garden terrace.

Transport…10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station.

Our opinion… The Nuova Italia is a charming hotel which has been lovingly run by the same family for many years. This gives it a very friendly atmosphere which is coupled with good service and very comfortable accommodation.

Location... Via Faenza 26. Located between the Duomo and Santa Maria Novella Station, Hotel Nuova Italia is ideal for visiting the city’s museums and monuments.
