"The Kaiserhof hotel is very central and extremely comfortable. All areas were clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from receptionists through to chambermaids. We were made very welcome and even left with a small gift! breakfasts were plentiful with an excellent variety of food and choice. The public areas were spacious and elegant. All in all a haven to return to following a day seeing the magnificent sights on offer in Vienna. We plan to return to both city and hotel. "
