What happens if there is no availability on their
chosen dates?
If the recipient has chosen dates with no availability,
we will give them other dates when there is availability
for the City Break.

How good is availability?
There is generally good availability on all our products.
Weekends, Banks Holidays and dates with special events (football
match, local holidays, trade fairs) will always get booked
first. We would always encourage people to book their trip
as early as possible, booking last minute can prove to be
very difficult.

I need the Gift Voucher now, can you help me?
Yes – many of our clients leave Gift buying to the
last minute! As long as you are paying be credit card (2%
surcharge) or debit card, we can e-mail you the voucher
within 3 working hours.

Is there a time limit for the Gift Vouchers?
The City Break must be booked within 6 months of the issue
date, and the travel date must be within nine month.
