Our opinion... Modern contemporary hotel, with an original classical facade, conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Ramblas and port.

Location… Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, Colon, Maritime Museum, Port Vell are all a short walk away.

Acta Mimic

Our opinion… Opened in July 2010, Acta Mimic is a hotel that offers a different experience indeed! It is a funky hotel with modern facilities and vibrant colours and decoration, not only in the public areas but also the bedroom where you could adjust the intensity and colour of the light.

Acta Splendid

Our opinion… A contemporary design runs throughout this small, stylish hotel which offers good standards of accommodation. There is a small reception area at street level and on the first floor a bright breakfast room and seating area with bar service. Acta Splendid was refurbished in February 2007.

Avenida Palace

Our opinion… Avenida Palace is a classic in Barcelona and boasts a superb location in the city centre. This elegant hotel has an art deco style with a grand central staircase dominating the lobby.

Location… At the junction of the two grandest streets in Barcelona, Paseo de Gracia and Las Ramblas.

Our opinion… Recently built hotel offering quality accommodation in a great location.

Our opinion… This is a small hotel with high standards throughout. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good facilities and bright decor.

Our opinion… Extremely good location and highly recommended due to its excellent quality for a 2-star hotel.

Location… The Condestable is centrally located in Universitat Square, within walking distance of the popular Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia areas. A short stroll to the Gothic Quarter, Picasso Museum and main shopping area.

Grand Marina

Our opinion… The superb Grand Marina is located at the popular Port Vell, near the Ramblas. All the rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated with gentle woods and fabrics, providing the highest quality and comfort and offering spectacular views of the city of Barcelona or the sea.

H10 Itaca

A lovely, modern, 4 star hotel offering excellent standards of service and attractive contemporary design throughout.

There is a pleasant conservatory with a unique "marquee" design where complimentary drinks are served in the evenings.

The breakfast room is bright and airy and bedrooms are modern in style with parquet flooring and good facilities.
